Please note if your rental fee, deposit and application is not turned in to office within 24 hours aside from weekends your reservation will be canceled. You may also fill out application at the the time of turning in deposit and you may also reserve online at our office using our front desk computer.

The Ventura Community Center is available for homeowner rentals. The facility features a community room, kitchen, restroom facilities and is located next door to the Community Association Office.
